Then you need an additional licence. The use of SmartRace for commercial purposes without this licence is <strong>not permitted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples of non-private use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use in the environment of a racing centre or similar facility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use within the scope of track rentals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use in a shopping centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use in a business, e.g. to entertain visitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use on a trade fair stand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unsure whether the use in your case is private or commercial, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartrace.de\/contact\/\">feel free to reach out<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-c2efff20 gb-headline-text\">Preferred support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the holder of a commercial license, in addition to the usual public channels (email, support platform, Facebook), you can also receive additional support via WhatsApp on request. You also have the option of receiving consulting and support by phone or video conference. This service is <strong>billed separately<\/strong> and is <strong>not included<\/strong> in the cost of the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obtaining a license for commercial use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The licensing happens inside the SmartRace app in the Add Ons section.
