Then please take a look at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartrace.de\/en\/the-smartrace-manual\/trouble-shooting\/cannot-connect-to-smartrace-connect-server-chromeos\/\">this article<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are you using a so-called guest wifi? SmartRace Connect does not work in such wifi networks. Please use a normal wifi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have you activated a function on your router that shields the connected devices from each other? This function can have different names, e.g. <strong>Access Point Isolation (AP Isolation)<\/strong>. If you are using a FritzBox, you may need to activate the setting &#8220;The active wifi devices displayed below may communicate with each other&#8221; under Wifi &gt; Security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may need to activate the <strong>IGMP Snooping<\/strong> function in a router. This setting can usually be found in the advanced or professional settings of your router.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your router automatically selects the channel for your wifi, please <strong>set a fixed channel<\/strong>.
