These instructions show you step by step how to set up sector time measurement on the Carrera Control Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before you start, please ensure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Firmware version 5336<\/strong> or higher is installed on the control unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The check lanes (up to two) are already permanently installed in the racetrack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The control unit is switched off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuring sectors with check lanes \u2013 step-by-step instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Turn off the control unit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press and hold the <strong>SPEED button<\/strong> on the Control Unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now <strong>switch the control unit back on<\/strong> while continuing to hold down the SPEED button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first LED stays lit.
