The in-app purchases overview doesn’t load (iOS)

If the overview of in-app purchases from the “Add Ons” dialog doesn’t load correctly but only shows a loading icon, you might need to check whether your device is connected to the internet. If thats the case, you might have parental controls enabled on your iPad or iPhone, which might hinder you from purchasing in-app products.
