Some sounds don’t work (iOS)
If some sounds do not work under iOS (e.g. the start countdown), please check the following things:
- Is your iPhone possibly muted via the small hardware switch at the top left of the device?
- Is the “mute mode” in iOS activated? It can be deactivated via the small bell symbol in the control centre of iOS. If the symbol is not visible, you can read here how to activate it.
- If you generally no longer hear sounds, please check whether the small speaker is deactivated in the SmartRace quick menu. You open the quick menu by tapping on the three bars in the top left-hand corner.
- If the speaker is activated but you still don’t hear any sounds, please check whether the settings on your iPad/iPhone need to be reset. You can find more information about this here.
