In-app purchases or subscriptions cannot be activated via Family Sharing (iOS/macOS)
SmartRace supports the sharing of in-app purchases and subscriptions via family sharing. If you have set up family sharing but cannot restore in-app purchases or subscriptions on a device where the organizer is not logged in, one of the following points may help:
- Please check carefully whether family sharing is set up correctly according to these instructions.
- Please check whether one of the measures mentioned here helps. Other users have had success in particular with what is described in the linked article under Sign out of Media & Purchases.
- If restoring the purchases still does not work, please contact Apple Support. This has already led to a solution in at least two cases.
